Work
With a journalism major and a fine arts minor, Dolan Ellis was a natural for television work: producing, directing, and even acting and anchoring. The 39 weeks he spent with the New Christy Minstrels on the nationally televised Andy Williams Show gave him additional background.
Dolan became spokesman for Western Savings and Loan in the 1970s and was given free rein to find interesting Arizona characters and places, go outwith a camera crew, and create travelogues and other documentaries.
Dolan also did work for other organizations, and in his career has had his work aired on CBS, NBC, and ABC affiliates, during primetime.
Over the years, Dolan has appeared on numerous television programs, either as host of his own show or as the subejct of a special program..
