The Balladeer Turns 40

Congratulations from Governor Napolitano

Governor Janet Napolitano had this proclamation prepared a few days before the launch of Dolan's 40th anniversary celebration, and had Marshall Trimble, Arizona's Official State Historian, do the presentation for her.   

The proclamation says: "for 40 years of extraordinary service to the State of Arizona, generously lending your time and talents and telling all, residents and visitors alike, about the wonders of Arizona through your songs, stories, and photography.  As Arizona's first Official Balladeer, you have given us all a sense of appreciation for our beauitful state and made us proud to be Arizonans."
